The new biometric Long Term Pass card has been introduced by the Singapore Ministry of Manpower with effect from 1 July 2009. This publication provides a brief overview about the pass card, its key features and the application procedures which include mandatory personal attendance of applicants at the new Employment Pass Services Centre.
